Christie Maass

A NY-er for 21 years now, I started my professional career journey originally in hospitality, working as a Guest Service Representative for a hotel at the United Nations.  After almost a decade in Guest Relations, I decided to parlay into a career that I could hone and one that was particular to me. A useful skill I could take with me anywhere.  Having always had an interest in skin and makeup, it was a straightforward and comfortable transition.  Starting out in hospitality has helped me understand the importance of empathy particularly when it comes to you and your skin.  I am here to help you and be on this skin journey with you.  Come get a facial and see how good you can feel!

Natalie Fairchild

A Utah native calling the Big Apple my home for the past 6 years. Yes, I did exchange the beautiful rocky mountains for the cement jungle but I have been loving every minute of it.  I studied human anatomy and science in college which is what initially drew me to esthetics — the love of watching what can happen to the skin on a cellular level. But what has really kept me coming back and pinching myself that I get to do this for a job are the relationships I've made and the unique and beautiful people I get to help on their skin journey. I believe skin health is complex and truly holistic and that our emotions and life choices affect our skin. Whether you're new to facials or a veteran I invite you to treat yourself and experience a facial at Lace Skin Studio!

Together as colleagues we have guided novice estheticians, as well as seasoned therapists, with key knowledge taken from years of hands-on work in the industry.  Guiding the new generation of therapists has been a rewarding part of the profession for both of us, and teaching clients that treating the skin is about physical and mental wellbeing has been an essential part of our ethos at Lace.  Our core focus is to address the underlying cause for any issues you're facing vs only treating the symptom.  Your core lifestyle along with your skin routine is a direct correlation to your skin health and we're here to help in all aspects.  Together, we have changed people's lives and that is the ultimate reason for doing what we do.  Let us help change yours.
